Hildebrand Family Self-Help Center provides shelter, support, and permanent housing to families facing homelessness. Each year, Hildebrand helps parents and children recover, leave shelter, and settle into permanent homes, working to break the cycle of poverty and homelessness.

Since 2012, iCorps Technologies has proudly supported Hildebrand's "Every family has a home" vision. During the 2025 holiday season, iCorps and its employees raised $5,863 to help families in the greater Boston community transition out of homelessness and into safe, affordable, permanent housing.

"As a company, we're always looking for ways to give back to our community and are honored to be a part of the work Hildebrand does," said Michael Hadley, President and CEO of iCorps Technologies. "We look forward to continuing our work with Hildebrand and support their initiatives that better the lives of so many."

Roselene’s journey to homeownership shows her perseverance and highlights how important Hildebrand is in helping families find lasting stability. She came to the emergency shelter in 2015 with her two young children and worked with Hildebrand’s team on budgeting, saving, and finding housing. 10 years later, she became a proud homeowner.

Stories like Roselene’s inspire team members such as Tunji Clary, who has been a Senior Housing Specialist with Hildebrand for over 15 years. In the video below, Tunji explains how her work changes lives and shows Hildebrand’s strong commitment to helping families throughout Greater Boston.

Hildebrand's Mission

Hildebrand Family Self-Help Center, Inc. is a nonprofit organization with a mission to transition families out of homelessness to safe, affordable, permanent housing while working to disrupt systems that lead to poverty and homelessness. Hildebrand provides emergency shelter, supportive services, housing stabilization, and affordable permanent housing for families experiencing homelessness across Cambridge and Boston. Overall, 102 families successfully transitioned out of Hildebrand’s shelter program and into permanent housing.
